Under normal use conditions,if an Innergie is found to have defects in materials or workmanship,
warranty service will be provided in accordance with this Warranty Policy. Warranty periods vary by product category and are calculated from the original date of purchase, as described below.
The warranty periods set forth in this policy apply without prejudice to applicable consumer protection laws and regulations in any country or region. If applicable laws or regulations provide otherwise, such laws or regulations shall prevail.
The original purchase date shall be determined based on either of the following conditions:

Battery Packs
Warranty Period: 12 months
Cables & Accessories
Warranty Period: 12 months
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by use that does not follow the operating instructions outlined in the product manual. This includes, but is not limited to: accidents, misuse, human-caused damage, unauthorized modification, disassembly or repair, use in conjunction with third‑party products or software not designated by Innergie, use beyond the intended or normal purpose of the product, operation outside the recommended conditions, or other normal wear and tear expressly excluded by Innergie.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innergie’s warranty obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products and does not include refunds or compensation for any indirect, consequential, economic, or incidental damages.
